General & support enquiries

For payment issues, platform questions, or anything about using Peacro Pay.

List your organisation

Bring your church, school, club, council or cause onto Peacro Pay.

Paid for something through Peacro Pay and have a question about that specific payment? Peacro Pay facilitates the payment, but the organisation you paid handles refunds, receipts, and service questions directly — their contact details are on their own payment page. For anything about the payment itself not resolving with them, contact support above with your payment reference.
